With the exception of made to order products (those taking a deposit for later shipment), any accepted order is in stock and will be quickly processed. Where payment is received prior to 3PM PST, the order will be shipped that same business day (orders placed on holidays and weekend days are shipped the first business day following the holiday or weekend). And we pay our carriers a little extra to offset the carbon cost of each shipment.
Within the United States
Applicable sales tax and standard shipping with a tracker are included in our prices for destinations within the continental United States, however we are happy to ship products either Second Day Air or Next Day Air for an additional charge.
The standard shipping mode inside the United States varies according the destination. We use USPS Priority Mail for small items in the continental U.S., and for deliveries to U.S. territories, possessions and APO addresses. We use FedEx Ground for most other shipments in the continental United States.
Outside the United States
We charge extra for shipping to destinations outside the United States and the amount varies depending on the destination country. Unless a customer elects to pay extra for FedEx delivery we ship using the postal service's Priority Mail as this method minimizes shipping and customs costs and provides basic tracking. There is a flat charge of $15 for Canada and Mexico or $27 for any other country that we ship to no matter how large, or how small, the order.
Delivery time for Priority Mail varies from a few days to two weeks. We have no control over the package, its location, or its time in transit. Priority Mail tracking accuracy varies by country.
If the destination country charges duties or VAT - and most do - these are paid by the customer. International shipments require a destination telephone and e-mail address.
At the present time we do not ship to Antarctica, Cuba, Iran or North Korea.
