Your cart is empty.
If you are dissatisfied with your regularly priced store item for any reason, you can return your unworn purchases for a refund or store credit, minus either $5 or $10 for the original shipping and handling in addition to any extra shipping charges incurred for the original delivery. Refund requests must be made within fourteen days of your receipt of the items and all exchanges made within thirty days of receipt. Please allow up to ten days for processing.
 
Special order and Going, Going, Gone items are not eligible for exchange or refund. Socks and underwear may not be returned if worn.
 
Return items in the condition that they were shipped to you, meaning they may not have been altered, washed, or dry cleaned and all the original tags must still be attached. Shoes must have unworn soles and be returned with their original accessories.  We may choose not to accept items with missing tags or damaged packaging or if we do accept them we may charge a 30% restocking fee.

If you have an exchange for the same or greater dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred for deliveries within the United States. Exchanges with customers located outside the United States may incur additional shipping charges equal to the cost of the original shipment.
